You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Cooling-off period
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase or did you make a mistake? Products can be returned up to 14 days after purchase.
The following items are not eligible for a full refund:
– Items with opened packaging.
– Damaged or used items.
– Promotional items.
How to return?
Please submit your request to return the items via the contact form on our contact page. After completing the form, you will receive a return number, return instructions and the return address by email. The costs for returning the shipment are entirely at your expense.
Please note: Make sure the shipment has sufficient postage. Insufficiently stamped shipments will not be accepted by the recipient.
