Each 50 gram bar provides 40 grams of carbohydrates from a balanced mix of fast and slower carbohydrate sources, including isomaltulose (Palatinose™). This carbohydrate source is digested and absorbed more slowly than sucrose, which contributes to a lower rise in blood glucose levels.
The Chew Energy Bar is made with real strawberry fruit for a fresh taste. Thanks to the use of agar-agar instead of pectin, the bar has a firm texture, higher melt resistance, and is completely plant-based and vegan.
