Natusport BV cares greatly about your privacy. We only process data that is necessary for improving and providing our services, and we handle the information we collect with care. Your data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data processing
Online store software
Our online store was developed with WooCommerce and is hosted by MijnDomein. Personal data that you provide to us is shared with MijnDomein for technical support. MijnDomein does not use your data for any other purposes and is required to apply appropriate security measures, such as SSL encryption and a strong password policy.
We also host our online store on our own server. Appropriate security measures have also been taken here.
Web hosting
We use the web hosting and email services of MijnDomein. They process personal data on our behalf, do not use it for their own purposes and have taken appropriate security measures. MijnDomein is contractually bound to confidentiality.
Email and mailing lists
We use MailChimp for email communication and newsletters. This party sends emails on our behalf and collects statistics such as open and click behaviour. MailChimp does not use data for its own purposes, but may use it to improve its services.
For business email communication, we use Gmail. Gmail has taken appropriate security measures. Emails are treated confidentially.
Payment processors
We use Mollie for payments. Mollie processes name and address details and payment information. Mollie has taken security measures and may share anonymized data to improve its services. The retention period is in accordance with legal obligations.
Reviews
We collect customer reviews through Google, Facebook and our own website.
Shipping and logistics
Deliveries are carried out by DHL. For this purpose, we share name and address details with DHL. DHL uses this data solely for delivery purposes and may pass it on to subcontractors.
Invoicing and accounting
We use Snelstart for our administration. Snelstart processes your data solely for invoicing and administration purposes. Your data is stored securely and treated confidentially.
External sales channels
We sell through Bol.com. If you place an order there, Bol.com shares your data with us. This data is processed confidentially and securely.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose
Your data is only used to carry out our services. We do not use your data for targeted marketing unless you have explicitly given permission for this. Data is only shared with third parties if this is necessary for administrative obligations or for carrying out our services.
Automatically collected data
Our website collects technical data such as IP address, browser and operating system to improve our services. This is not personal data.
Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations
In certain cases, Natusport BV may be legally required to share data with authorities. Where possible, we will oppose this within the limits of the law.
Retention periods
We retain your data for as long as you are a customer, or for as long as legally required. After cancellation, your data will be deleted upon request, except where an administrative retention obligation applies. Employees will then no longer have access to your profile.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, restrict, transfer and delete your data. You can contact our privacy contact person for this. Requests will be answered within 30 days. For sensitive requests, we may ask for identification.
Right of access
You have the right to access your data and receive an overview of processors. You will receive this digitally.
Right to rectification
You can request correction of your personal data. After approval, you will receive confirmation of the change.
Right to restriction
You can request that the processing of your data be restricted. We will confirm this in writing.
Right to data portability
You can request that your data be transferred to another party. In that case, we may no longer be able to continue providing our services.
