How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Where can I find the status of my order?
Once we have received your order, we will immediately start preparing your products. As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a Track-and-Trace code by email. You can use this to follow the progress of your order. If you have not received an email, feel free to contact us at info@natusport.nl.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been placed, we start processing it almost immediately. If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us directly at [info@natusport.nl](mailto:info@natusport.nl). Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the order has already been shipped. You can still cancel your order if it has not yet been processed by us. Contacting us immediately is best.
Can I return products?
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Products can be returned up to 14 days after purchase.
The following items are not eligible for a full refund:
- Items with opened packaging.
- Damaged or used items.
Please send your return request via the contact page. You will receive a return number, instructions and the return address by email. The costs for returning the shipment are entirely at your expense.
Please note: make sure the shipment has sufficient postage. If it does not have sufficient postage, it will not be accepted by the recipient!

I received a damaged package, what should I do?
Our apologies for the inconvenience! Our packages are packed with great care, but unfortunately something can always get damaged during transport. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@natusport.nl and include photos of the damage to the package. We will make sure to resolve the issue quickly and send a replacement product or offer another solution.

What makes Natusport different from other brands?
At Natusport, we focus on high-quality sports nutrition and supplements for professional and recreational athletes. We do not need to be the biggest, but we do want to make an impact. I am a professional athlete. Can I use Natusport products safely?
Natusport supplements have an NZVT-certificaat. NZVT stands for Dutch Safeguards System for Dietary Supplements in Elite Sport. This system was developed to provide elite athletes and their support teams with the highest possible level of assurance that a product does not contain prohibited substances that could lead to a positive doping test.
All batches of our supplements are independently and thoroughly tested for the absence of doping-related substances. Thanks to these checks, all our products meet the strict standards of the NZVT.
I have an allergy. Which products can I use?
If you are allergic or intolerant to certain ingredients, such as lactose, gluten, nuts, etc., it is important to check the ingredients on the product page or label beforehand. For each product, we indicate whether it contains allergens.

Can I use Natusport products after the expiry date?
The expiry date stated on our products is a “best before” date. This means that the product is guaranteed to retain its optimal quality and effectiveness until that date.
Products can often still be used after this date, but the quality, taste or effectiveness of the ingredients may gradually decrease.
What is the difference between Whey Protein ISOLATE+ and Recovery Sport Shake?
Whey Protein ISOLATE+ is a protein powder. It provides high-quality proteins and amino acids, is quickly absorbed, and is mainly intended to increase your protein intake. Ideal for muscle building or meeting your protein needs. It also contains virtually no carbohydrates or fat.
Recovery Sport Shake contains high-quality proteins and carbohydrates. This helps support muscle recovery and quickly replenish energy stores. This is especially important after intense training sessions or competitions where you burn carbohydrates.
Can I combine multiple Natusport products?
Yes, you can. Many products actually complement each other. For example, you can combine Whey Protein ISOLATE+ with creatine, Multi Sport Gold or Fish Oil Omega 3. Make sure you do not exceed the recommended daily dosages and avoid double intake of certain vitamins or minerals.
You can also perfectly combine the Isotonic Sportdrink with our bars and gels during intense training sessions and competitions.
How should I store Natusport products?
Store our supplements in a dry, cool place and always close the packaging properly. This helps keep the taste and quality at their best. Keep out of reach of babies and children.
