How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
If you place your order on a business day before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day via the parcel delivery service.
Where can I find the status of my order?
Once we have received your order, we immediately start collecting the products. As soon as your package has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a Track and Trace code by email. This allows you to follow the progress of your order. If you have not received an email, please feel free to contact us at info@natusport.nl.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been placed, we start processing it almost immediately. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us right away at info@natusport.nl. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once the order has already been shipped. You can still cancel it if it has not yet been processed by us. Getting in touch immediately is best.
Can I return products?
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Products can be returned up to 14 days after purchase.
